Given that discovery of you and your value through on-line searching is now in the hands of the buyers of your service or product - how do you get found, attract, and then engage prospects?
Do you have a structured approach? Are you using specific tools? Is there a plan in place to begin exploration of some of these tools now that on-line search is the primary method for learning and discovery of products and services - either in B2C or B2B sectors.
