Die Schweineschnitzel in feine Streifen schneiden. Zwiebeln und Knoblauchzehen abziehen. Zwiebeln in Ringe schneiden, Knoblauch zerdrücken. Beides mit den Fleischstreifen, Öl, Currypulver, Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und Gyrosgewürz mischen und ca. 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank marinieren.

Die Lauchzwiebeln putzen, waschen und in Scheiben schneiden und zum marinierten Gyros geben. In einer heißen Pfanne ca. 10 Minuten unter Rühren kräftig braten. Das Pfannen-Gyros pikant mit den Gewürzen abschmecken. Die Petersilie waschen, fein hacken und darüber streuen.
