Chinese Hoisin Beef Stir-Fry (Chinese Cooking Channel)
Welcome to Chinese Cooking. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. Ingredients:
300g Beef Fillet
5 Spring Onions
3 Clove Garlic
5g Ginger
½ Red Pepper
½ Tsp Rice Wine
½ Tsp Light Soy Sauce
½ Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
½ Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
1 Tsp Cornflour
1 Egg White
3 Tbsp Beef or Chicken Stock
