The article presents ten innovations that have impacted the most English Teaching. All of them are related with new platforms, Apps, methodologies or techniques that have caused a positive change in the way English teachers carry out their classes. It also mentions the importance of working on lessons that include at least one of the ten things it mentions in the top in order for the students to enjoy the class and motivate.

The way how teachers teach English is being transformed since now we have many tools and resources to adapt our classes to students' needs. Now, the teacher is not the center, the student plays an important role and teachers allow them to be aware of their own process of learning. What is more, teachers are promoting the critical thinking in their students so they do not recieve all the information as passive learners, but they process what they are learning and also they develops curiosity and autonomy to learn more.

Although I criticized the excess overuse of technology by human beings in another article, I must also agree that it has come out with many innovations that have made our lives easier. For example: I agree on the fact that learning has passed to being exclusively teacher-centered to being more student-centered, it is to say that learners can depend more on themselves when it comes to learning anything. Technological innovations have helped students have more independence on their learning and they no longer depend exclusively on a school or teacher to learn anything. Additionally, the online platforms have been a great benefit since students can help each other when they do not understand something, it also benefit group work when students live too far from each other, and also help student-teacher interaction. It must also be added that technology has, somehow, contributed to the environment in the sense that a lot of homework can be done digitally instead of writing on papers, which, of course, helps the planet. To conclude, technological innovations have helped both teachers and learners to become more competitive thanks to the access to endless information that can be used as a means to better ourselves in every aspect of our lives..
